1. Services: We provide water treatment and electrical services as per the specific requirements of each client. Our team ensures that all services meet industry standards.

2. Service Availability: Our services are available within the specified regions of Vadakara Bazar, Kozhikode. Any outstation services will be subject to additional terms and charges.

3. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment systems.

4. Warranty & Liability: We provide a warranty on certain services and installations. The duration and terms of the warranty will be discussed and documented at the time of the service agreement. Elcon Water Treatments and Electrical Services shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or alteration of services after completion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be considered based on the service provided and the cancellation time.
